Well, I generally don't have engagements in forms of bar fights.
Fighting without a cause and reason is not an intelligent person would do.

ITChick, You have a problem opening doors because I will always be there to shut it in your face. But not to the point where the door impacts You.

Ha! Those double doors are a freaking bane to my chivalrous nature. I open the outer door for the missus only to have to endure letting her open the inner. Unacceptable, says I. My solution so far has been to shove her ass aside, clearing a path. Ignoring the bruises, it seems to work.

To the OP, I have problems with doors, too, but I think it's because I'm a lefty. (God's chosen people.) Some doors just refuse to open with pressure applied on their left side. Heh, I've face planted more than one thisaway.

The only purpose of a revolving door is to cause pain, confusion and embarassment. The electric ones are the worst where you have to time your entrance perfectly.

Yes, I guess the people who made it up wanted to restrict the entrance of too many people from a single door, so they made it like that so only a couple of people would be able to get into the building at any given time.
However the outcome is as you have described it to be.
