No. Scientology is a scam propagated from the top by scammers who want to scam people out of their money who are then indoctrainted into doing the same thing.
Scientology is a reprehensible cult that is responsible for untold misery.
Atheism makes no claims on knowledge, only on (lack of) belief.

I've always preferred the black Mokona, because he's content to just sit around with Yuko and drink. He's like a little cheeky walkie talkie.

When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

All atheism is, is not believing in any God or gods. I'm sure some atheists are Scientologists. This board leans heavily toward rational skeptics, and tends not to be attracted to any ideology based on stuff someone made up.

Oh, and Scientology is a fraud, a scam, and a dangerous cult. There's that as well.
