Just went Christmas shopping then wrapped all that stuff with the kids and sneakily moved their elf stuffed animal because they think its a real elf from Santa's Workshop 
Magic is fun for kids, its nice not to be a kill joy about Christmas anymore..
Wish I had some hot chocolate, its fucking 7° here tonight and I'm wrapped in a blanket with my dog still freezing my ass off.
Feel better whateverist, lots of puppy kisses help me feel better everytime 
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!

Just got home from Catching Fire, which my sister and I went to see in the luxury movie theater, which feels a little wrong, but I got to drink a beer while watching, so that's good. Now, I'm drinking a beer, smoking a bowl, and possibly watching another movie.

Still trying to coax my poor stupid cat out of a tree. He's been up there all day, and I can't help him. I've tried coaxing, special treats, slingshotting and shooting a .22 over him to scare him down. No dice. Kitty popsicle in the morning, I'm afraid.  It so sucks.

There's got to be something you can do to make sure he lives through the night, at least. How tall is the tree? No one has a ladder or anything? Poor thing... he's probably so scared.

Thinking of picking up a musical instrument. Despite being broke, it seems more affordable than I once thought.
I have substantial background in the piano (if only I can do that again, no access to a piano) and can read sheet music, but I'm already 21, I hear it's hard to build muscle memory as an adult. On the other hand I heard the same thing about language but when I tried it wasn't true and it was fairly easy to learn another language.
Hm. Thoughts?

It's nearly 5am and I'm still awake because I keep hearing weird noises that creep me out. Like I keep hearing what sounds like shuffling footsteps on my carpet, and last time I closed my eyes to try to sleep I heard what sounded like someone else's loud breathing in the room, and there have been some banging and clicking sounds from the kitchen, too. Stupid creepy flat/imagination.
