The randomness is not constant....
We don't know why the quantum world is so chaotic and probabilistic, it just is. We don't know everything, that's no reason to assume a magic man did it.
Nobody's saying a magic man is overseeing it. I believe what they mean when they say "only God knows" is that it's unrealistic human beings will ever know everything and that the answer is beyond our grasp. It would take a divine (meaning superhuman capabilities) to know.

Quite the opposite I think. The god of the gaps is no god.

It might not be beyond our grasp forever, only time will tell.
Also, just because it can be known does not mean there has to be someone there to know it, saying that because we don't understand a divine mind must is a nonsense argument.

Then why do Atheists always default to science to try to prove their position is rational??

Non-sequitur? It doesn't matter how an atheist tries to prove their position, that changes nothing about the definition of the word.
A solid understanding of science and logic tends to lead to an atheistic worldview, not the other way around.

Then why do Atheists always default to science to try to prove their position is rational?? We don't. Why would I resort to science to "prove" a philosophical issue? Why would I use science to prove something when it cannot prove anything? Why would I attempt to prove the non-existence of God when God is said to be a non-temporal entity? Your assertion makes no sense. Perhaps some atheists you've come across try to use science to disprove God, but you won't find many of them here.

See?? You just defaulted to science to "prove" your point.

I think that is the first time I have seen an Atheist admit it was a 'philosophical' issue!

It makes sense anecdotally... I've not encountered one until just now. I applaud your honesty.

Science is the very best methodology ever conceived of by human minds for evaluating claims, it has given us more progress and understanding than any other methodology ever known to a point where nothing else is even comparable. Science is not the only methodology Atheists use to reject the claims of God, logic is also a primary tool used to evaluate arguments for the existence of God and thus far there are no logically valid arguments that necessitate the existence of God.
Atheism is simply the rejection of the claim that God exists, this claim is evaluated using various methodologies and the conclusion is there is no reasonable argument or evidence to conclude that God exists.
