So very wrong

No you haven't given anything at all that shows sorcery as an evocation of supernatural powers that has effects in our material world.
I've asked repeatedly for how to effect such a manifestation.

Drich Wrote:, but it seems you don't comperhend, rather you believe the key to sorcery is a nonsequitor, and you persist in seeking the manifestation of the fictional version of it.

No, not fictional. I'm asking you for method which when followed will reliably result in some change in reality as we experience it not already explained by the regularity we already observe and call Nature.

I expected it to end this way. You live a life of pretense and cannot respond to those who request substance.
So how, exactly, does God know that She's NOT a brain in a vat? Huh

I don't have a problem with it, pure entertainment, I have all the movie.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

it isn't in our nature to think of a God, it is in our nature to seek answers and the concept of God is most influenced in this world.

Like I said for me it's entertainment, for others if it bothers them they shouldn't watch it. It's like many movies that cover many subjects, good vs evil.

If witchcraft were real then logically employing witchcraft must give you a superior edge on almost everything. Therefore the richest , most successfull people must be using witchcraft

burn them all

For the people who dont know my background (as probably no one does), i live in a christian home, father is a pastor and when they see me watching harry potter, they say its "bad". I ask why? Its just bad...

I fail to understand why people think its wrong or in some way have a correlation with satan...?
its like saying a hammer is bad...? why dont they say the same to Hulk or Captain America...? maybe Thor as well? its all fantasy!

This is most directed to theists but my fellow atheists are free to comment Smile

With Airy Pot-tua or just Airy, the acting is bad, the writting is bad, you have to be a fan of the books to understand what is going on, it's like an all inclusive inside joke/store that last way too long with no redeemable qualities what so ever.. It is a literal sin to given any more money to the franchise. Otherwise they may make another one.

Now with the avengers, they kick ass, and are a Merican thing and not evil so it's ok.

I know Hallowe'en is a time for zombies, Drich, but you ought to know better than that.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'
