Kids today are growing up faster than ever. 16 may seem young, but in this day and age, you are almost an adult. Its your decision, don't humour your parents and don't humour the minister. You tell them exactly what you think and why you think it. Tell your parents that them just wishing you weren't an atheist isn't going to do anything. Do they even know what an atheist is?
