There's Riesling that's bilge, and there is Riesling that is like the nectar of the (non-existant) gods. Problem with wine is, you can't really say that the more expensive it is, the better it is. Also you can get bad wines from a famous region, and a great wine from an almost unknown region. Where is it from?

 Thanks for the info Sven! I think I knew that but can't remember. I should buy a wine book, and learn a bit more.

Yeah... Sven, I'd like you to come over here and tell me about American beer :p But seriously, as someone who would murder for the last known IPA, I've had a lot of beer from all over the world, including when I've traveled all over the world. I'm a beer snob and lover. I've never had better beers than when I've lived here on the West Coast of the US. Now I'm drinking Saint Archer IPA.
I can tell I haven't been drinking much lately... two beers, and I'm toasted!

Tonight I made some cocktails, mainly dark and stormy's.
Real easy and simple. High ball glass with some ice, lime is optional but I prefer it. 2 measures of dark/black rum, topped up with ginger ale and agitated. Perfecto. |
