I just saw my psychiatrist... he remains the most competent psychiatrist I've ever known...

He asked the right questions, we gave him answers and he LISTENED...

I just took 20 mg of Melatonin and also Latuda, so I'm probably going to be asleep in like 1-2 hours...

My mom, my brother, and I were there...

He was impressed we weren't like, "OMG CRISIS HELP US NOW OR DIE, BITCH!"

We were pretty calm, laughing a lot about the circumstances, just trying to get shit done...

Turns out all three of us are SURVIVORS who know a lot of crazy people...

He even mentioned to us he just tripled his rates or something...

And we have money problems...

My mom was like, "STFU dude, you're worth it..." Wink

He said if I didn't have the kind of mom I had, he would just be trying to institutionalize me right now... WHEW! Dodged that bullet...
