Not in the sense that human intelligence is capable of fabricating complex concepts such as God, but in the way that a God necessarily exists and our intelligence is direct evidence of his "creation".

I do understand that Man has the intelligence to create God, but that an already existent God created Man, and out intelligence reflects that doesn't hold any weight.
