1 John 1:7
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.

Around here most dead hookers are left under motel room beds.
Odd it would occur to someone to divvy up the remains and send a piece to each of the 12 tribes of Israel.
Just odd.
Really odd.
Really, really, odd.
Odd . . . . . . .

Good to see one of the faithful join in the spirit of the thread. Blood magic, perfect addition. Might be better than anything else yet posted.

Jeremiah 19:9New Life Version (NLV)
9 I will make them eat the flesh of their sons and daughters. And they will eat each other’s flesh when the armies shut them in, and when those who want to kill them bring much trouble to them.

That one is a 'shackles of your mind' verse. You can be in the light and choose right over wrong without needing absolved for your natural born human nature.
My favorite verse that I still recite only sans god:
"God hasn't given me a spirit of fear but of power, love, and of sound mind."
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!
Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.
Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.
Quote:Some people deserve hell.
I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.

As it says in Titus 1:14 (NLT) = They must stop listening to Jewish myths and the commands of people who have turned away from the truth.
That sums up most of the Bible and all of the preachers.

Kind of sounds like post-diction.

I'm not really sure what you mean.

Post-diction is when you describe events that have already happened in a prophetic prose. It describes the Siege of Jerusalem by the Chaldeans.
But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifies us from all sin.
