You don't seem to see the difference between "teaching" something and asserting something. The Bible can assert that God sent his son (which was also himself) to die on the cross, but it provides no evidence, no proof, no way of investigating it. This is not "teaching", this is bald, flat assertion.

Think about my point of view, I believe and follow the creator of the world(you may not believe this but just think from my view) the being who gave me salvation. Why then would I turn around and start questioning him. I am also pretty sure I have never been brainwashed.
Secondly, I never surrendered my free will, I was given the option to become a christian and follow christ, I chose to. Secondly I know God does everything for a purpose as there are many examples in the Bible.

The fact that you openly and happily say you will never question it, is a bit of a sign... If this is such an important thing for you, you should question it, to make sure you're correct about this very important thing.
