Sorry about that, mods... But it's for a good cause.... well... a green cause, like yourselves! I just watched, after having it sitting on my hard drive for years, The Green Lantern. Nice SFX... linear story, like all superhero movies... but heck... entertaining ... as long as you're like me and don't know anything about the comic books!... hhmmmmmm that's the same approach I had to the "Avatar, the Last Airbender" movie... I'd suck as a reviewer!

The last movie I watched is ''12 Years a Slave''. It was riveting, and really difficult in parts to take in. It is a true story about a free man who was abducted and sold into slavery, pre Civil war time period. The point of the movie though is to teach how one must have resolve and the desire to push on, even in the worst of circumstances, and adversity. It is a remarkable story, and I highly recommend.
