Gay Christians

Gay christians boggle my mind. How could you be part of organization that has spent the better part of two millenia shunnong or straight up murdering your people? Especially when the murder of your people is commanded by their holy book.
To-morrow, and to-morrow, and to-morrow,

Belonging to a church and following Christ are two different things, no? The OT is still problematic, but I can somehow see it. Gay catholics, protestants, lutherans indeed boggle the mind.
Btw, substitute Gay -> Women, and you have nother mystery...

Yeah, I have the same feeling about conservative chirstian women. And chirst made it clear that yoou take the old testament with the irregardless of your church.

Why don't we just make it as bad as possible? Why not be a black, gay, female, Mormon and have done with it?
Seriously, I know a number of bright career minded female Christians. They do it by ignoring what they want to ignore.

Well what's atheism got going for it: meaninglessness, depravity, hate, indifference, nihilistic realism... Vs love, positivity, community, family.

But it's meaninglessness, depravity, hate, indifference, and nihilistic realism, for everyone equally.
