they suck ballz, they're too small and not in their correct place(under the signature), it's confusing, I have to search for it everytime.
and also if you could change the "give kudos" to the thumb up pic like it used to be and also put it back on the left, that would be great MMMKAY

Not sure what you are seeing, but this is what I see:

The "Give Kudos" button is under the signature, and it does have a thumbs up image. Can you screenshot what you are seeing?
