He could have been the next Hitler. Not that Yahweh kept his chosen people from being horribly murdered by the first Hitler. Or that we don't know Hitler isn't spending his time in heaven, since he was a christian.

While I stand second to none in my white hot, seething loathing of Pat Robertson, I disagree with Stimbo. I don't want the old beast to die anytime soon. I want him to continue spewing his hateful shit every time someone puts a microphone within ten feet of him. I want him to absolutely own Evangelical Christianity in the public imagination -- to be synonymous with it in the mind of every person with a television or internet connection. I want to see the Evangelical community either damn themselves by remaining silent and tacitly agreeing with his statements, or I want to see them publicly disown the son-of-a-bitch and tear down his media empire.
