What do the theists here think about masturbation and porn?
RE: What do the theists here think about masturbation and porn?
So....are infertile people allowed to have sex?

If you're having sex and it doesn't result in a pregnancy, is that a sin?

Yes, they are. Their infertility is a result of natural or medical issues and not due to purposely making it that way for the sake of being infertile.

No, of course not. As I said, birth control, in and of itself, is not immoral. Many Catholics use fertility monitoring to avoid pregnancy. Shy
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

Come oooon, can't you just be open-hearted and forgive her? She just apologised. Smile

He is forgiving her in terms she can understand.  It is a kindness.

I too once dropped a deuce that was cranky, profane, well read in history, and unwilling to suffer fools gladly.  But until now, I hadn't connected the experience with Min.

By chance, was yours devastatingly handsome?

Hahaha!!

All my poops are beautiful and smell like roses....

Can't we just practice better love making by making love? Lol. Do we have to practice it by masturbating alone?  Big Grin

There are advantages to going it alone in terms of focus and honest appraisal.  It would also give you a chance to see what erotic imagery and narrative arises by really tuning in.  Don't let sex be merely a physical thing.  The mind is the most important sex organ.  The only harm in porn* is that it can smother your own imagination.  I wonder what catholic marriage counselors advise?

*Assuming only consenting adults who go into the porn industry for good healthy reasons are used. Hahahahahhahahhah

I definitely don't see sex as merely a physical thing, but as a spiritual and emotional thing as well... though I think in different ways than what you mean here. Smile

I respect your opinion, but I just really don't agree that it's not possible to have those same advantages through actually having sex. If you are together with your spouse for a lifetime and you take your time and practice open and honest communication in the bedroom, I absolutely think you can have all these advantages.

If masturbation is so bad, why does it have so many health advantages?

And why did god place our hands so conveniently on the same level as our genitals? Tongue
