I'm a member of the main ones, never use any of them much. Used to use facebook a lot but now it's like a resource rather than a way to communicate.

I just saw the Social Network this morning. Is it just me, or is every person in that movie worthy of a dope slap? You have weird hopped up jocks, asperger's nerd boy and that fucking horribly annoying Napster kid character. I hope these people aren't that unbearable in real life.

I am on facebook but I don't use it as much as I used to... besides....people are annoying to talk to.

Facebook to me, is like leaning out a window to look below onto a common spot and see what's going on.

If I want to get involved, I leave my room and mingle.

Or I could ignore it and be left alone.

Is it just me or is Mark Zuckerberg potrayed as a jealous sexist arrogant genius. It also seems he hasn't any ethics either, in tems of business dealings, by literally stabbing his business partners in the back. It is also interesting that he used a spamming technique to get his idea out there. I get spams in my inbox all the time inviting me to join.

Only really use facebook. Great tool for keeping in touch, organising nights out and such but I turn down any freind requests that aren't from people I actually like and see in real life. "I DIDN'T LIKE OR TALK TO YOU IN HIGH SCHOOL 5 YEARS AGO, WHY DO YOU THINK IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO ADD ME NOW!! YOU TWAT!!!"

A friend recently complained that even though she has come far in her life, Google still serves up her drunken arrest when she was a teenager whenever her name is searched. If our friend had known that one day her night of drunkenness was going to affect her job opportunities and her dating prospects, she might not have had that fifth vodka tonic. The issues she’s faced in getting her employers to trust her would make anyone turn into a teetotaler.
