Doesn't this depend on the type of hair, too? Have you ever seen those Japanese lady bushes? It floats around in the air like baby ostrich hair. That's probably pretty cool.
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:

Even though I like all different kinds of hair styles on woman, I will say I definitely don't like a hairy butthole, and almost feel as strongly about the taint.
