He and Rob are NOT kind guys. Haven't y'all been paying attention? We are atheists and so we have no morals.
Maths degrees but no reading comprehension, I swear! Heheheh.

I replied: Can I refuse? Because I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I want a refund. I would burn happily rather than serve the monster you profess to love.

Since I don't believe I'm being watched by some ethereal being whose opinion is really important for some reason, there's no point doing anything. But the first shorter popular science work is being produced right now, and a full length textbook is in the last stage of corrections. A pop sci book on general relativity is supposed to follow next year. Unfortunately, while the scientific stuff is in English, the pop sci stuff so far is German only, although I intend to do translations.

Anyways, back on topic - when tutoring students at uni, I noticed that a big factor for success is having a network of friends or colleagues to work, discuss and compare notes with. Do you have some ppl in your class who you think would be good partners for studying?
