Saudi Arabia: Under the country’s interpretation of sharia law, a married man engaging in sodomy or any non-Muslim who commits sodomy with a Muslim can be stoned to death. All sex outside of marriage is illegal.
Somalia: The penal code stipulates prison, but in some southern regions, Islamic courts have imposed Sharia law and the death penalty.
Sudan: Three-time offenders under the sodomy law can be put to death; first and second convictions result in flogging and imprisonment. Southern parts of the country have adopted more lenient laws.
United Arab Emirates: Lawyers in the country and other experts disagree on whether federal law proscribes the death penalty for consensual homosexual sex or only for rape. In a recent Amnesty International report, the organization said it was not aware of any death sentences for homosexual acts. All sexual acts outside of marriage are banned.
Anyone want to guess what all ten of those countries have in common?

Because I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I am not anti feminist. I am against what Anita Sarkeesian and Zeoy Quiin is doing.
I am also against the whole don't say boss deal. The thing is with Anita and Zeoy they have such a
muddy past the even went to the U.N. to try to get a law passed that would have stopped internet free speech making it illegal to
criticize her. Not only that the extremists feminists just boldly lie and even attempted to get people fired no to recently youtuber named
thunderf00t was defemated by a feminist and a letter sent his job in a attempt to get him fired. So i am a feminist by only definition i agree
with equal rights however i will not agree with the stupid shit people say like Anita saying women need to be treated like women in
the middle eastern countries like Egypt, may i add she is out of her damn mind.

The tragically funny thing is, that if it wasn't for the "anti-feminist" crowd, I wouldn't even know who Anita Sarkesian was or what she thought about anything. I'm still not exactly sure, to be honest - nor do I care. Since at least every other Thunderf00t video nowadays is a rant about Sarkesian and "The Invasion Of Femi-nazis From Space" - he can go suck a bag of d*cks, as far as I'm concerned. The guy's obsessed and therefore - a joke.
It's just my personal experience, but no feminist has ever done anything to inconvenience me, unless you count - as many seem to do - the numerous times a woman wouldn't let me f*** her. The issues usually brought up, like attempting to somehow ban the word "bossy" are laughable and not worth any sane person's time.
Every anti-feminist I've ever met was a frustrated, insecure misogynist, obsessed with the possibility of being dominated by a woman. Which is understandable, since this fear is something countless generations of fathers have forcibly instilled in boys, in order to enforce stereotypical gender roles. What boy has never been shamed by his male family members, by being compared to a woman, or a girl? Who's parents were happy for their male child to play with traditionally feminine toys? Who's father never made off-hand remarks, often presented as jokes, about the superiority of men over women, husband over wife, etc.? That's how I - and almost everyone I know - was raised and it still has a major effect on my thinking, which takes effort to offset. Just as is the case with homophobia and racism, which were also casually taught to children when I was growing up - and still are in the majority of the world.
To sum up, if I were a misogynist - and it would be really easy for me to be one - I sure as hell would call myself an anti-feminist, because hating, or fearing women sounds "faggy"...

Well to respond to the op I'll state it like thus. I am both in one context a feminist and in another an anti-feminist. The reason for that is because I am someone who believes in freedom and equal rights for everyone, and I feel that if any rights movement wants to gain headway they must be inclusive and not exclusive. Thus my reason for being anti feminist. Now most feminists who you meet in real life have views fairly on par with mine once you get past the labels. The reason I am anti-feminist is because I feel the silent majority here has been infiltrated by extremists, who if they used any other label would be called out much quicker. And when you do call out extremists like Anita sarkeesian they hide behind this label of "feminism is about equal rights" and when you look at their rhetoric this isn't what they stand for at all. Instead what they have is this very narrow veiw on what is acceptable and label anything outside that veiw as evil. We know from history that this kind of thinking leads to very bad societies and now that we are more powerful then ever , the consequences of a bad society is multiplied. Now you also have to notice that recently the mainstream media panders to these bullshit artists calling themselves feminists because of a fear of being labelled mysognistic. We see this with gamergate and Anita getting to speak at the UN. And as for thinderfoot, you have to remember this stuff is extremely prevalent in academia as evidenced with Dalhousie university recently implementing rules like women must be allowed to speak first at debates and a student body will not be recognised unless there are women involved.
I also want to add that I think rules like that are insulting to women, they basically say they can't compete equally unless given special rules. I think amelia earheart would take issue with that, along with the millions of examples of women besting men innall sorts of ways.

In my experience the atheist community is much more for equal rights for the sexes than most communities. Atheists tend to be above average for anti-sexism and pro-equality in my experience. Therefore more feminists.

I would like point out the difference here, anita called out for something little, but lies during here kick starter campaign, we she lied about her expertise on the topic she was presenting. Now the amazing did do something interesting things in the past, but he doesn't bullshit about what he is. He straight up says I am an entertainer, this is how I make my living. Anita pretends she's on some crusade to end video game sexism, goes on kickstarter to raise 150k, then makes what a half worth of poorly researched videos in the course of 2 years?
