Yes there are muslim terrorists, but the most dangerous terrorist groups in our country aren't muslim. Why do you think the refugees are enemy soldiers?

Having several family members in the armed forces and local police forces, this view saddens me.  There are certainly isolated events of officers over stepping their authority or breaking the laws they swear to protect, but how is that different from any group of any kind at any point in time?  By that logic, the government is also a terrorist group.  As are the banks, RCC, the military, some large corporations etc.  

Terrorists are those with a set of unifying ideas and an agenda to cause mass hysteria, panic and fear.  

Why don't you go to your local sheriff's department and call the sheriff a terrorist to his face.  Because you know when you get in a car accident, get robbed, etc you won't hesitate to call these "terrorists" to come assist you and will be thankful when they come to your aid.

New Orleans just had a group of refugees come about a week ago but now LA is saying no refugees and New Jersey just said no more refugees but what about refugees already in NJ ?

Impeachment is a criminal process, WoG. What crimes would you suggest Obama be charged with?

Gerald R. Ford once said, "An impeachable offense is whatever a majority of the House of Representatives considers it to be at a given moment in history." Given that a sitting Supreme Court Justice was once impeached by the house (but not found guilty by the senate) for being overly partisan I'd say he is probably right. Having said that a simple majority in the house could impeach Obama, but it takes a super majority in the senate to convict and the repujacunts don't have enough seats for that. Besides I'm not sure the house really wants to open that can of worms. One day in the not to distant future the shoe could be on the other foot.

Actually, Jesus forgave them, but I don't want to derail the thread in to a Biblical discussion.  

Point is, there are bad cops.  But you are stereotyping an entire group because of the actions of a few.  Are all black people gansters?  Are all white business men frauds?  Are all politicians crooked (ok this one may apply)?  Are all priests pedophiles?

My point was it doesn't have to be what most courts would consider a criminal offense. It doesn't have to be a law in the books. Congress gets to decide if the president's actions are criminal or not, and they can impeach, convict and remove the president from office for something that would not be a crime for the rest of us. For example being a black, socialist, Muslim from Kenya. That's not a crime. Some of it isn't even true, but congress could impeach and convict on those grounds anyway if they wanted to. Many of those currently serving (and I use the term serving loosely) would like to do just that.

That's not what the Constitution says. Reread the link I posted earlier in this thread. The Constitution specifically names "high crimes and misdemeanors" as causes for impeachment -- and more to the point, no other causes.

In order to bring a charge, you have to, you know, have a charge. That's why Clinton was charged with perjury, rather than, say, being a Democrat. That's because perjury is on the books as being illegal.

I'm still waiting for WoG to enumerate any crime he thinks Obama should be charged with. Seems to me like he cannot come up with one.
