Terry Pratchet
You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid. Tinkety Tonk and down with the Nazis.
There is a severe Socrates-shaped hole in this poll. So I'll go with Plato, without whom we would only have a Socrates-shaped hole. And what the heck Rand and Dennett are doing here I have no idea. Russell and Flew to replace if you want some worthy atheists.

He's also rather boring. Is the ultimate philosopher as much as my stuffed pink bunny is the ultimate warmonger. Please give me a home where cloud buffalo roam
Where the dear and the strangers can play
Where sometimes is heard a discouraging word
But the skies are not stormy all day
Karl Pilkington.

But hey, she was an atheist. As a Communist naturally I loathe her. But she has my respect also. She's the only one -I know of- that support capitalism and stands for what it is. I am %100 agree with her what capitalism is and I am against it for the very reasons she supports. |
