Got no input on men. For women, all that I can think of are ectomorphs. Females with an adolescent males body. Twiggy, Flockhart, ..........

I think it's called heroin chic, just without the warmed over death look.

Background info: I'm a 26-year old hetero male. But I definitely know what I find most *handsome* in guys. I think it's pretty clear that when it comes to thinking dudes are totes hawt I have a *type*. With women, it's more... varied, maybe, but there are definitely some traits that I am clearly attracted to. I'm definitely a stupid dumb idiot sucker for "Hollywood-type" beauty, which is a fool's bet, I know, but in the abstract I can't help it.
