First off the phrase "no child left behind" sounds real creepy when their are pervert priests leaving no child's behind alone but aside from that this is yet another example of the rather silly American penchant for attaching high-sounding titles to laws which will effectlvely do next to nothing. What did it do? It allows congressmen to pat themselves on the back which is about all that matters these days.
