Trump versus Clinton?
RE: Trump versus Clinton?
It's not an issue of deserving.  A doctor demands it (might have something to do with his egregious loans..but that's his own problem, end of the day), people will pay it.  "Deserve" has -nothing- do do with it.  It's completely non-applicable. Moralizing over how much more a doctor deserves, relative to a burger flipper..is how we got into this disparity problem in the first place. They don't deserve shit, just for being doctors. They certainly don't deserve -more- of anything for being doctors. They might want it, they might need it ("pay my loans for me puuuulease")...but they don't deserve it.

A doctor deserves to be paid handsomely. I wouldn't want some burger flipper as a doctor. If we don't pay doctors properly then we will get burger flippers doing the job.

Burger flippers should be students or young people in general that want a part time job.

An adult that can't get a better job than flipping burgers doesn't deserve much as they are obviously a dumbass.

And where are these "better jobs," K.  That's the piece that these corporate pricks never talk about.  They moved the higher paying manufacturing jobs to Asia.

That's because we have had stupid fuck politicians in office. We need the jobs to move back here.

However, it is quite possible to get a better job than flipping burgers. As I said, flippers should be students and such that want / need a part time job.

I worked several part time minimum wage jobs when I was young. I worked my way on to better jobs and now make 6 figures. It didn't happen by accident though. Nobody gave me shit. I did what it took to make myself marketable and able to get the good jobs.

My extreme opinion (probably will cop a lot of shit for this, but here goes):

Nobody deserves extra money that could've been better spent instead for the improvement of the well-being of less fortunate. Yes, doctors and others who do great services deserve to get paid handsomely and satisfactorily, but that doesn't mean anyone deserves many millions or billions of dollars.

But putting doctors and such aside, a lot of rich people are rich just because they were born in the right families. They don't have to work as hard as the poor and middle class and yet have much more money.

That the rich are capable or lucky enough to possess lots of money does not mean they earned every single penny of it. Nobody truly earns millions and billions of dollars.

Because, unless you've been sweating and dripping blood every single day doing something really grand for the benefit of the people of this world, no amount of work you do can make you deserve that much (might I say excessive) money. You get that much by either being really lucky or by manipulating others and depriving them of money that they themselves may have gotten some real use of.

The monetary system is just ridiculous and truly creates a social divide where there should be social unity. No one should make more than anyone else, why else would a company create a stipulation where it is illegal to discuss with other employees the matter of one's minimum wage? There would be no need for that fucking retarded stipulation if each individual earned the same wage.

I see absolutely no reason why a football player should earn millions of dollars a year just as I see no reason why a surgeon should more than anyone else.
