That would be great...
Not that they've told much of the history and lore of Westeros in the other seasons... (except on the DVD extras) it would be a very welcome thing!

Any other book readers have a feeling they know what will be happening on that bridge Euron is shown on?

They're going to condense the book 4 stuff on the Iron Islands down pretty heavily. I have a feeling we won't even meet Aaron Damphair, who is one of my favorite characters.

If he's not important enough for the show I suppose my theory that he will kill Euron by riding a kraken won't come true...

I just think that they have to condense characters. My guess is that The Damphair will be part of Euron's character. I think the Crow's Eye will likely also be a priest of the Drowned God in the show. The kingsmoot will be Yara (Asha) against Euron.
But I hope that Aeron makes a significant appearance. I love his character arc in Feast.

My fiance got me into this, and thinks I should go back to season 1 and watch the entire thing to get a better understanding of the characters, etc. I watched episode 1 of season 1 last night, and really like this series. A lot of sexual scenes, and not that I'm a prude on that front, but sometimes, I think it's overkill. But, then again, I view it as possibly necessary to show the times. Tonight we are watching episode 2.

sexual scenes never really entertain me in movies/tv shows, cuz they never contain any progress in the story and they're usually boring.
Maybe if pornhub wasn't 2 clicks away, I would've appreciated them more

haha hmmm...
I just don't think this show 'needs' all those scenes. They don't entertain me because often, they are over thinking what an audience might want to see in terms of sex.
Going off to watch episode 2 soon...

there's a sex scene in GOT that advanced the plot: Jon and ygritte.
And the Theon stuff established his character.
Teenaged X-Files obsession + Bermuda Triangle episode + Self-led school research project = Atheist.
