No, for it to be a Tu Quoque I would have to be saying something like "Min is hypocritical in his argument against x therefore x" which was not what I did at all, I didn't reach a conclusion in pointing out his hypocrisy, I merely pointed out that it exists. It would be akin to pointing out that the GOP are hypocritical in their talking about small government and then increasing spending and creating more laws - It isn't an argument against small government, it's pointing out the inability of the person in question to be consistent.

If you want to refute his post it's an argument from authority, also simply defining theft and banking does the trick. In reality it's a piss-poor quote.
