Short version, before she rips your head rightly off, Atlas, is that you've made a total straw-man argument of feminism.

Feminism is an attempt to level the playing field because, by nearly every possible measure, women are not treated as well as men in our society. Feminism is, succinctly put, "...the radical notion that women are people." So by your description, above, you're a feminist.

Some feminists are overzealous in how they do this, or talk about doing it, or propose to do it, but it does not mean that it defines feminism any more than Islamic radicals who become terrorists define Islam. Get it now?

Believe me, equality is something, and feminism is something else.
The more you read feminist publications and books, the more you'll know this..

You're right for a point and a half; women are people with faults, and while it's also correct to say tyranny is bad for everyone underneath it's boot, it's not so correct to say men got shit on just as much historically speaking -and presently in some areas. 

Since you want to use history, choose an era, and let me fetch you how men got thrown in battlefields and faced death every moment in their lives, so the "women" and the "children" stay safe at home.

It's not like WW2 was fought by a majority of women; female soldiers existed but with a limitation, in every era. Women always stayed safe behind fortresses -except some-, while men were the beef and blood, guts and ears, brains and flesh scattered across the battlefield.

Depends on which feminist you're talking to, blanket statements wont keep you warm at night. I've spoken with a few feminists who think otherwise, meaning they do have certain situations where it's understandable. Usually in self defense.

If feminism was about gender equality then they would work to solve men's problems as well as women's problems. It's called "feminism" not "neutralism". 

It's about promoting female superiority over men. 
Just a group of bitter females that got ignored by men in high school and college either because they were too ugly or impossible to be with, in turn they absorb the philosophy that if they score a good job, get a place and a car men will go flocking to them. 

They're just females that are irritated with how attraction works and wants to social engineer men to be better attracted to them.

It just another thoughtless, ignorant, blanket statement. I'm not ugly, I'm not lonely, boys like me. I like boys, and girls, and in betweens. I openly support men's rights. I speak out against sexism on both sides. I speak to my kids' parents about how important it is to remember that girls are not the only ones who suffer from self esteem issues and bullying. I am a feminist. I am none of things you've said.

I never made such an accusation. I was literally just agreeing with you that hitting is wrong regardless of gender.

Ahh here's a point. The only problem being that is sounds like hooplah. I don't know what you're trying to say. Can you explain it in plain English without any metaphors?

I never thought you were seeking to practice anything on me. My point was only to tell you that you got so caught up in your fantasy that you forgot to actuall make a point. Saying silliness about worshipping women's feet. It's a huge strawman as no one has asked you to do that.


As for the rest, I have no interest in an appeal to authority. I'm a feminist by my own definition of the word (which I believe to also be the standard definition). Not be however historical feminists may or may not have seen it. I do not subscribe to any feminist faith, I call myself a feminist soley on that I believe in equal rights for men and women.

I find in speaks volumes Quran never says to women not to inherit men against their will (meaning not to marry them against their will or force sex on them) but it does tell men not to do that to women.

Where in Quran has it ever told women if they hate men, that perhaps they dislike a thing but that God has placed abundant good?

Where? No where? Because there hardly exists any women who actually hate men.  They may say "I hate men..." but they aren't serious about it. The Quran however shows this "then if you hate them" ie. which is implied if they think they can force them against their will or not treat them kindly, is something that God out of choosing infinite possible words he can reveal to humanity, had to emphasize that perhaps some men or a lot of men don't see the good God has placed in a woman. They don't give her true value while God has placed abundant good.

No Quran doesn't see men and women as the same, and is sexist by western standards in the sense it gives them different roles...but it recognizes that this phenomenon of  women being belittled by men, treated unkindly due to not seeing what is good in them, was a reality.

Now despite this clear verse, you very well know hadiths allow forced sex with slaves (ie. inheriting them and making them into mothers of your children against their will.  Despite this clear verse, some women were abused in the name of religion of Islam and you know this.

It had to go out of it's way not to say to not try to straight them to take money from what you have given them.

Why does it never say such a thing to women? 

Because the abuse of women's rights exist.

I'm not saying Islam is egalitarian or is the ideal of most feminists out there, but it to came to establish justice and equity which includes yes women rights which aren't recognized and are still not recognized by too much people.
