Not believing in free will.

Believing that because there is more suffering than happiness in this horrible horrible world -- that morally speaking it would be better if the entire universe never had existed.

Not wanting the universe to end for entirely selfish reasons and because I love my friends and family too much -- even though ethically speaking I still fully believe the above paragraph.

Here I would say is my most controversial though:

Not believing in the aggregation of suffering and happiness due to the consciousness barrier: So believing that morally speaking that an infinite number of people being tortured is less bad ethically than one person experiencing slightly more painful torture, provided that the time experienced is identical both for the infinite number of people and the one person.

I actually agree with this as well and found it to be quite controversial whenever I've mentioned it. There was a documentary I watched that interviewed a pedophile at length, and by all other criteria he seemed a normal guy. He was never convicted of raping a child or anything, but he just chose to come out as a pedophile. I've seen parallels between this and coming out as gay drawn, and then inevitably you'll get loads of people shouting it down saying "it's not the same in the slightest", but I think it's probably more similar than people like to think. At least in the respect that I don't think pedophiles can necessarily help that they're attracted to children in the same way gay people can't help that they're attracted to the same sex. My view is that people shouldn't be demonised for something they can't help, even pedophilia. I don't think people choose to be attracted to kids.

I am in favor of the death penalty for murder, and for rape. However, never mandatory. And with rape, not just child molesters. Again, case by case. 

I am not in favor of racial preference of any sort with regard to education. 

Disability rights is a very, very complicated issue. I think the ADA needs to be struck, then rewritten. There are too many folks with invisible disabilities that are suffering. The whole disabled world does not revolve around us with wheelchairs and crutches.

I agree that we shouldn't blame someone for something they can't control, the attraction in this case, but I also understand why pedophiles are shunned. A pedophile is far more likely to become a child-molester than a non-pedophile.

I don't think that's doubted. We all understand why pedophiles are shunned. The question is, is a pedophile and a child molester the same thing?
