So, the message is entirely related to the actual server, not anything to do with CloudFlare, etc. It occurs when the CPU on the server goes above a certain limit. I've removed a few services which aren't needed anymore, so that might help the issue.

If the problem persists I'll look into it a bit closer. The monitoring from our hosting company doesn't show any huge loads, so I suspect they lasted for only a few seconds.
