Speaking from the zombie survival guide i love that book the answer would be no as there is no digestive system for a zombie to break down matter it eats
rather the food it intakes spoils and rots. The walking dead zombies on the other hand more than likely do poop since their digest tract still works so they can poop.

When the cameras show the city they show it in the morning, they show places sunlight can get easily to. They don't show you dark places. Because since those places are dark you can't see much anyway.

Depends on the lore, I've seen zombie media have all kinds of conflicting rules for what zombies can and can't do. Sometimes they can run fast and other times they can't, sometimes they're more active at night or only active at night. This is perhaps the very first time I've seen a discussion about zombies shitting though, honestly I'd never even considered it (amazingly).

The 'rage' zombies in the 28 Days series do eventually die.
Other kinds take various amounts of killin'.
