Alternate theory: Zombies do indeed poop, but their excreta is exactly the size, shape, colour and consistency of unicorn poop. This explains why you never see it.

I've heard conflicting scientific theories. Eg: it's only considered cannibalism if you eat your own bits and direct relatives? Also, they instinctively never eat people's genitals. That's because even they won't risk it because they don't know where they've been! True story!
