I haven't seen any evidence whatsoever that it was the Russians who hacked the emails. Julian Assange and other WikiLeaks editors are refusing to name the source.
If it was the Russians, then good for them.

Anonymous declared war on Hilary, didn't they? They have 'members' for lack of a better word, all over the place. It's a movement like punks. And I mean just because the hacker(s) may have been based in Russia doesn't mean they agree with Putun. The second largest group in the State Duma is the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and they have every reason, being actual Socialists, unlike Bernie, to hate Hilary.
What America needs to realise is that when you spit at Russia they spit back. Putun yeah he's pretty bad, but he's also been subject to a lot of lies. When the Western media says Russia is not bombing al-Saud's henchmen I laugh. They literally had bomb which had writing which read in Russian "For Paris"

Wish someone would hack and leak Trump's tax return.

Yhup. Wonder how many Cretan bank accounts he's got?

Patriotism has for the last fifty years been the Republican selling point. Now you have a Republican nominee asking the Russkies for help? Isn't that at least bordering on treason? Asking a foreign power to look into and publish classified communication of a former member of government.
No.
Trump is calling attention to the 30,000 emails Hillary has declared are 100% guaranteed free of classified material.
This is a clever trap, apparently, and Hillary, the Dem poobahs and most of the media have fallen for it.
If there is any classified material in the 30,000 emails, and it looks like now everyone who should be ignoring this matter are instead CONFIRMING there is classified material in the 30,000 emails contrary to Hillary's assertions, then Hillary has fucked up badly, again, not Trump, this occasion.

Meh, I mean, I think the only people who buy into this are people who buy into everything negative about Trump anyway. I read into it and most of the claims are so over exaggerated or just not backed up by anything.
Personally I think it's a good thing that Trump gets along with Putin and Russia. Russia isn't our enemy and treating them like they are is terrible foreign policy.

Yeah, there is no evidence. Some people have speculated that it might be them. One Russian hacker has claimed some credit/blame, but there is no evidence he works for Putin. It's just people using the century old 'ooooh Russia, scary!' tactic. Russia isn't our enemy anymore. What's scary is Hillary antagonizing Russia. I'd much rather have a president who gets along with Russia.

The problem is that Donald Trump is calling on a foreign entity to interfere with the American Election Process. As Trevor Noah pointed out, he's also already outsourcing jobs. He didn't ask American Hackers to do this. He specifically asked Russia. This goes against his narrative that he'll bring jobs back to America. He's also already said that he won't support our NATO allies. Imagine the outrage if Hillary asked China to release the GOP emails.

It's close but not quite. Here's how it's legally defined here:
Quote:Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

I do, however, consider it to be utterly disloyal and a shining example of his narcissism. One of those things where I wish I could tell him to his face what I think. He had already lost my vote, but this ... this ... I can only shake my head. This selfish jackass would rather see his country's security violated, and his country's elections manipulated by a foreign power, than lose an election. Fuck him.
The word here is that the Director of National Intelligence is wondering publicly about the wisdom of giving Trump the usual nominee's briefings, more for fear of his running mouth rather than this news story.
I find it infuriating, myself. I served honorably for four years just to see this asshole suborning espionage?
