Kind of a sloppy joe without the sauce. I did mine with ground turkey, cumin, paprika, kosher salt, pepper, dijon mustard and soy sauce. Forgot onions at the supermarket. Would love to have chopped up some of those. 

Topped with american cheese, baby spinach, and served on a Ballpark burger bun. The pickle slices I got were too thick to put on, so I have a couple on the side. Salsa verde Doritos on the side.

Add some Romas and that sounds like the perfect salad for me.

Had those with yesterday's salad!  Perfect acidity and color.  It's been a great year for tomatoes around here.   Plus the chicken was grilled and spicy.

I'm with you on the one bad habit at a time gig. I didn't start building an exercise habit until I was a good month into my dietary change, and that only after quitting smoking for almost a year, and that after quitting another bad bad habit. By Turkey Day it'll be the two year milestone.

It ain't easy, keep at it. If you fall off the horse, get right back on.

We eat when we can. I am actually honored that CM has had one version of my chili during her visit here.

My concern is that I'm already sitting at an unhealthy weight to begin with. I don't need to exacerbate that by eating because I get bored easily. This is all so frustrating as I honestly feel stuck between a rock and a hard place.

An apple and an avocado with salt. All I've eaten so far today is fresh, raw produce. Not intentionally, but it just worked out that way.

Kept way under budget so had a nice homemade burger with cheddar, onion, tomato, lettuce w sweet hot mustard and light mayo. Yum!
