Okay, so according to your outline:

1: Just because she didn't express "a feeling of dissatisfaction or even hatred towards Muhammad" then it was okay that he married a child?? I have a 6 year old, if I rammed it into her head from birth that it was perfectly okay and normal to marry and man at 9 years old, and that was reinforced by all those around her, she'd think it was just fine too. That doesn't make it right. At. All.

2: Just because it was approved by her parents doesn't make it right. That just means she had shitbag parents to start with.

3: So just because it was "culturally" okay, makes it okay for everyone? I don't think so. There are plenty of things that are okay in other cultures, but we would never allow them . I don't think that being "culturally" okay is a valid point.

5. As I said earlier, she was considered to be a woman when she was married since Islam does not allow marriage before puberty (which is the time of womanhood for a Muslim). Nine years of age might seem like a small child to you, but some people mature at different rates, and thus they enter womanhood much earlier than others from a social perspective (if not biologically). I believe this is what happened to Aisha.

1. The idea that you're a a pedophile if you find the 'innocent' look appealing, is not a good one, since pedophilia has more to do with sexual attraction than simply looks. If that's the definition, then anyone who thinks that little children are cute and innocent are pedophiles. However, I agree that the definition on E. Britannica which says that a pedophile's relationship with an adult has to be "less threatening" doesn't necessarily have to be true. But aside from that, I read the same thing on wikipedia and a few other articles on the definition of pedophilia.
