Your brand new Agnostic-Deist
May 26, 2011 at 9:40 pm
(This post was last modified: May 26, 2011 at 9:42 pm by Dean-o.)
Hello, folks. My name is Dean and I was referenced here by Shell B from another forum. I'm not going to lie, I am very excited about this forum. The last one I posted on was a writer's forum. There were Christians on there that liked to argue (not debate), but their posts were always similar to "Prove we are wrong" or "God exists whether you believe in him or not." After as I long I was there it just isn't even funny anymore. So I am ready from some lively discussions.
I am a former Christian. I was a Christian all the way up until my first year in college when I was studying Youth Ministry at a religious institution. Then the
got to me.

Well, really Agnostic-Deist is a cop out. lol I am more of an agnostic, but I don't like seeming like I am sitting on the fence. The reason I chose deist is because I am leaning more toward
Pandeism than anything else. I used to just refer to myself as a Deist, but decided that wasn't the whole truth.

Agnostic deist = you are uncertain about a god who doesn't matter anyway.
I like that. Do you get many holidays with that one?

Welcome from another agnostic deist.
You may want a different icon, though. For a moment, I thought Downbeat had just shifted his philosophy.
