Yeah, the volume was turned all the way up the first time I tried and no luck, then I tried another pair of earphones and just ended up restarting the damn thing. I'm so happy it's working now. No idea what caused it, the wires and all are fine and my phone is up to date and everything.

It's not the opinion, he directly insulted Nymphadora calling her a liar because she never reported her rape to the police, and at the same time belittling the pain and suffering she went through as a result of that rape (and by extension all rapes).
To be honest, if all that can be rationalised away as a "difference of opinion" I don't know if the fora here are worthy of my presence.

I'm sorry you feel that way. We do our best to make sure there is open communication on this website, and that any viewpoint can be discussed.
Drich is an odious person who just might be a sociopath. We prefer, in the general case, to let the forum-at-large deal with these opinions/attitudes rather than stifle them by fiat.
We don't, as a rule, action on insulting language or behavior. We are bound by our rules. I would hope you'd agree that handing out consequences for being insulting would make this place intolerable really quick. This has to apply evenly, even to the people we don't like, even when it happens to people we love.

But, didn't Little Rik just get a warning for being insulting? Or am I remembering that wrong? What is the definition of flaming?
