Obzen is pretty much my favourite album of all time! Sick

Sick! Never come across Gorgoroth, but liked Dimmu Borgir for years!

Nah, but I'm not very educated about Hardcore...

Nearly everything. Classic heavy, some thrash (mostly Slayer, lately I've gotten into Death Angel), a lot of death, some alternative/nu-metal, some folk, a little bit of black every now and then. Alex got me into Triptykon
If it has metal in it there's a good chance I'm going to love it. Exceptions include most power metal and glam. Mixed feelings about different -cores. With prog it's a love/meh relationship depending on the band.
Lately I'm listening to a lot of Death and Cannibal Corpse. Used to be totally indifferent to Behemoth but it's growing on me. I'm a huge fan of Judas and Maiden.
I get called a butthurt elitist, but I promise I'm not. Only towards the really really shitty stuff :c

@vic
You don't like power metal? Excellent choice
I wasn't a big Behemoth fan either, but I saw them live twice a couple of years ago and they are a lot of fun. The Satanist is a good album too, and Nergal is an interesting and intelligent character, so now I follow them a bit.
