I had leftover chicken kebabs and rice. This is from the cooking, Monday night.

I'm at parents' home, eating nothing.
There's no butter over here; just the strange "buttery spread" my mother buys. It's half water. I don't care much for wet toast.
I had a breakfast sandwich earlier this morning, am now ingesting rocket fuel like nobody's business.
I'm guessing cereal for lunch, but I don't know, yet. Almond Joy Pie sounds great, alythough I usually don't feel like a nut, so....Mounds pie anywhere?

Reconstituted brown rice and peas (very bland) from last night, with added shrimp and tuna, and cayenne pepper and a minor accidental spill of cumin. I'm now getting the "soapiness" that people sometimes complain of with cumin. Still not terrible.

Steak and mushrooms left over from the other night, along with garlic toast. Still tasty!
Dinner was an everything bagel, with a Brummel & Brown schmeer. A few York peppermint minis.
