As you can imagine, the media is full of this incident by now. There's a talk show running just now on German television. Participating one high ranking German police official and a former minister of the interior and criminal profiler. They just pointed out why this alarmism is bullshittery of the highest order. In one simple question: Why doesn't the media report on the 20 similar cases that happen on any given day in Germany, but single out this one. The police officer brought up another valid point: This isn't in any shape or form tied to migration but a simple criminal case. As many others that don't get the same level of reporting.
