When a woman rape someone she should get charged with rape. Period.

Quote:Forced sexual intercourse including both psychological coercion as well as physical force. Forced sexual intercourse means vaginal, anal or oral penetration by the offender (s). This category also includes incidents where the penetration is from a foreign object such as a bottle.Includes attempted rapes, male as well as female victims, and both heterosexual and same sex rape. Attempted rape includes verbal threats of rape.

The first definition I quoted from Wikipedia isn't much different from this. Both require penetration of some kind for a unsolicited sexual act to be considered rape. How exactly would a female rapist that ride a passed out man be convicted for rape? There is no penetration which according to common sense can only be done with a penis and not a vagina. Hence why I said female rapists are legally protected.

Quote:I still do not see how this is a 'left' or 'right' issue.

It isn't. I said extreme leftists support these types of laws not leftists.

Again, we're drifting off subject, my point was that extreme leftists ideas are far more mainstream than extreme rightist ideas, in fact, I don't think there is a single mainstream extreme rightist idea floating around since forever, which is good, just that the left extremists shouldn't have their crazy ideas floating around either.

OK, so you say extreme leftists are in support of that. That's up for debate, since I never heard any extreme leftist turning this into a talking point.

But, for fuck's sake, I even hand you that. If you answer me this one question, since you quoted UK legislation. Which extreme leftist pressure group was able to turn this into law? Am I not aware of some Marxist government having been in power and strong enough to enforce this bill.

Agreed. But until precedent is set, the laws are the laws. After the trial convicting the woman of another crime, they can change the law. But again, you have yet to provide an instance where a woman who raped a man has been let off or not convicted of rape when they committed the crime.

Except you only partially read the definition. You intentionally unbolded the part that I bolded, which completely invalidates your claim. Also, a woman can use a man's penis to initiate unwanted penetration. Here is a clarification of the legal definition of penetration, according to the Texas Penal Code:
Texas Penal Code Wrote:Causes the sexual organ of another person, without that person’s consent, to contact or penetrate the mouth, anus, or sexual organ of another person, including the actor; or

So, you're wrong. The act of penetration can be performed by a woman, using a man's penis. And this, using one of the most backwards penal codes available in the United States.

So it isn't, but then you immediately say it is. Literally the next sentence. This isn't an ideology of the left or the right extreme. It's an ideology that you've largely made up and pinned on leftist extremists in order to further your point. To even suggest that this is a mainstream thing is more proof to the point.

It should be noted that this type of behavior on the part of women is extremely rare.

You need to follow the news properly then. I'll post one for now but these kinds of things pop up all the time so the next time I see one I'll be sure to post here.

Quote:She is charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child, a felony, according to police.

Quote: Also, a woman can use a man's penis to initiate unwanted penetration.

Except your quote is for sexual assault, not rape.

Forget mainstream, this is the law. Can't get any more mainstream than that. You just didn't know about it until now.

Funny how many women go to jail for raping men when it's not illegal. http://lmgtfy.com/?q=woman+jailed+for+raping+man

It's great how you edit out all the stuff in my posts that refute the points you are going to make.

Which is a more serious specification of rape. Literally. That charge will land her on a higher tier of sexual offender than rape, if/when she gets out of jail. Not only that, but most places have specific sections of their penal codes dealing with offenses against children. So because the boy was 13, she wouldn't even be up for the same charges. Come on, pool.

Oh boy. So you are just intent on trying to score meaningless pedantry points without even worrying about what you are arguing. I was giving a legal definition of the word 'penetration' in this context, and since the heading on the page said 'Sexual Assault' you decided that somehow that word couldn't or doesn't apply to rape.

Well, it absolutely does.. Rape is a form of Sexual Assault. Aggravated Sexual Assault. There is no mention of the word 'rape' in the entire Texas Penal Code. By your logic, no one, male or female, could ever be charged with rape in the State of Texas. The legal term for rape, in this context, is Aggravated Sexual Assault.

It is not the law. You still have yet to point or link to a penal code where a woman cannot be legally charged with rape. You have posted clipped versions of a wikipedia article, which omit all specifications of laws, which further clarify what can be charged and what cannot.

Irrelevant. You asked for an instance of a female rapist not being charged of rape (as if it's a rare thing) and I delivered.

Not by my logic, I didn't write the penal code. Sexual assault as a general term can encompass rape but not the other way around hence why rape is not sexual assault, besides you already admitted Texas penal code was one of the most backwards one, why don't you find a more modern one then?

No, you didn't. Pool, you just didn't. You missed badly. Your pedantry here is just stupefying. Your claim here is that because she wasn't charged with the lesser crime of rape when the actual crime she committed was much worse, and provided for with a specification of rape, that you are right? You are out of your depth, and showing it badly.

Rape is aggravated sexual assault in the state of Texas. It is the most severe penalty any person, male or female, can be charged with and convicted of. There is no charge of rape. The whole point of this, which you seem intent on obfuscating, is that the definition of penetration in the Texas penal code is completely relevant to this conversation and cannot be dismissed by you.

The funny thing is that I could go state by state and post the definition of rape or aggravated sexual assault in their penal code and they all include a provision of a female raping a male. I will give you five.

Arkansas
Mississippi
North Carolina
Alabama
