It's not China that is deliberately trying to fuck up the Paris agreement. It's the WLB and his fossil fuel fossils.

Sec. of Defense Says Climate Change is Real
|
SecDef has to believe that global warming is real. He has a lot of Nave Admirals telling him about rising water and how the ports are going to change, and where the Navy's ship are going to tie up. That can't wait too long; that kind of construction is to say the least, non-trivial.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

Wait until they get to be a modern civilization across the board. The smog will float to every corner of the planet. Quote:The smog will float to every corner of the planet. That's the republicunts' idea of heaven. Didn't you get the memo? Are your dues up to date?
No wonder they didn't send you the memo. Cheap skate.
Meanwhile, you were saying about China? http://www.rawstory.com/2017/03/trump-to...bloomberg/ Quote:Trump to drop climate change from environmental reviews: Bloomberg Quote:President Donald Trump is set to sign an order to greatly reduce the role climate change plays in decision making across the U.S. government, Bloomberg reported, citing a person familiar with the administration’s plan. Apparently the WLB thinks he can shove his head up his own ass and the rest of the world will go away.
Let's also point out that the SecDef said climate change is real, not it is caused by men, even though proponderance of evidence say it is. That climate change is real is too evident to be questioned with a straight face even by the dumber of the republicans. Many actions being undertaken to protect the wealth of Republican Party supporters, as well as to project future strategies of various commands of the US military, implicitly recognizes climate change as both existent and a major event and risk driver.
What the republicans are doing is to both deny humans caused it, and that humans can do anything to slow or reverse it. This allows them to not have to pay to protect others from the consequences of their actions in accelerating it.
Mattis has a history of being straightforward with his superiors. I sure hope he can remain in his post -- this Administration needs someone to tell the Shitgibbon where the bear shits in the woods.

OK, I missed the part about him not acknowledging that global warming is partially man-made. Thanks!
