Proper spelling matters.

RE: Athiests are bitter?
I'm "bitter" because all my life my dad treated me like crap, he did so and claimed God was real then cussed and smoked and did all the things he got mad at me for doing. He bad mouthed atheists but lived a life like one who didn't believe. Then one day he quit smoking and started going to church and saying things like "the only thing a regret is not taking you to church sooner." When I TRIED to get him to take me to church. I tried so hard and fought and did everything I could to get him out of the house.

He refused and got mad at me when I started to act up. and now that he's been saved, and I try to talk to him about the shit he did to me but his response was literally that he talked to god and that he had been forgiven for that. WHAT?!

Me, his human daughter that's standing right in front of him, my forgiveness for the SHIT he did to me is worth less then a guy that has a book that, No one has ever seen him. He refuses to show his face, Shit! What is my dad apologizing to him for? For some woman who supposedly ate a fucking apple against this supposed man's wishes THOUSAND'S OF YEARS AGO. It is ridiculous.

So Yeah I'm pissed. Not at the imaginary man in the sky, but at the stupid people who wrote a book to control people. to keep them from doing things THEY didn't agree with because they just wanted to control people. Millions of people are tricked into "believing" this bullshit and ignore the people that they love the most because lets face it, this is a cult that has spread so far and wide that it is now considered a religion.

It makes no sense and I refuse to be okay with it.

My question to you is did you actually watch the video I posted a link to and did you actually learn anything that would answer your original question?

If your question was asked in good faith, you should definitely read it.
Heh I made a funny.

Here is the actual PDF of the book. Read it Soldat du Christ. It will answer your question. Have you read it yet Soldat? Hmm? Have ya? Get back to us when you have and we can all pick up this discussion again later.

Ha. If you had been thrown out of your home, disowned, fired from your job, and regularly abused for not believing in Santa Claus and the Toothfairy you might have a few bad days too.

Around here is not that fucked up. Sure there are fringe groups, but the vast majority keeps to themselves and do not openly preach. Those that go to church are free to do so. Save Jehovas Wthnesses and the few dozen mormons, but they are easily dealt with.

-Have you read the lords work?
-Yes I have
-have you heard of jehovas withnesses?
-yes I have.
-Do you know our work?
-yes I do.
-..... here is a pamphlet for our next nearby "meeting", gday sir
-gday.

Fastest way to be polite and get rid of them. I tried to argue with them and its like being on this forum. They keep reeling down the goal posts until no fish can be caught. But there be sharks about. I have better use for my time.

SDC, do you get it yet? To an atheist, you're part of the problem. Remove religion from the equation.
