So I'm feeling much better today. Going to continue with drinking the water I made and eating light today. If it stops raining, I may try a short walk in my neighborhood, provided it doesn't get me out of breath.

That's about 4 times faster calorie burning than walking, I reckon.
BTW, I don't have a set goal, I just eat less and walk to/from work. gives me an 1 hour of walking a day.

It rained all day so I couldn't go for a run. Hoping tomorrow the weather is better. Unfortunately we got rid of our treadmill last year.

I've been cheating. I got sick a couple of days back, had to go to hospital for a couple of nights.
They poked me with needles, lumber puncture, brain scan, I got the works burger.
Apparently it was a bladder infection that led to delirium, off and on.
So I may have posted some weird posts lately, apparently I abused a friend of mine on the phone at some in godly hour of the morning.
I have no memory.
So anyway, I've done nothing to lose weight but I lost 8 kgs. (99kg).
Probably put a lot of that back on in water over the next few days, I don't really know.

I have what maybe a uti, the anti biotics given to me have made me a bit tired but managed to make it to the gym still yesterday and the day before for some crazy cardio.
Still eating healthy, lots of porridge with banana, salmon and chickpeas, cut down on my pop drinking a lot.

Came across some people when I was going uphill... had to gear down because of that... minimum gear 3 (for a little while), but used 8th as normal.

Oh, and I've been pretty good. I made a delicious tuna avocado salad last night that was so good I wound up eating all of it, which put me a few calories over budget. Not a big deal. It was fucking worth it. A banana and oatmeal for breakfast today.
