Seems to me in the first picture you were not holding in your stomach as you were in the second picture. That's the only difference I notice.

I see your abs just as clearly in the first picture as I do in the second. Also, your love handles are the same size in both pictures.

Dude, you're seriously not fat in the first picture.
I remember when I was younger and I thought I was fat because I gained a few pounds.
You do not need a six pack to be at a respectable weight. In fact, those who prefer muscle realize that when they are old that muscle makes them look horrible because they can no longer work out to maintain it.
Be happy that you are not obese.

After screwing up while entertaining with sangria and imbibing way too much my self, I've had to ramp up my restrictions. I was getting a scone or a cookie out every day so I stopped that. Now I'm allowing myself one scone each weekend while day to day I only keep boring cookies around and have a few only with a cuppa. (Takes the guesswork and deciding out of it.) Keeping meals pretty simple and routine.

Energizer, you da man. Keep kicking ass. As long as you bounce back quick when you fall off the wagon, the damage goes away like nothing.
Whateverist, boring cookies are the only cookies, I guess.
I may have overindulged a bit today. I didn't bother to count calories, but after Mother's Day breakfast, I stuck to all healthy foods. I meant to get some yoga in, but I fell asleep a little watching Disney movies with Mr. Tibby instead.

Holding in your stomach just makes it concave or pull it at the middle. Flexing your stomach can make muscles more prominent, but I don't doubt your images. You don't have to justify your journey to anyone.
