It is all about training.
In every field of knowledge if you are trained well you will be in touch with that particular reality.
Take a black belt.
He-she can easy understand where the adversary plan to strike so he-she will be ready to prevent the blow and strike first.
Birds and many animals can feel the storm or the earthquake or any change in nature well before humans do if they ever do.
Unfortunately most human beings are totally unable to perceive what happen around them that is why training our inner consciousness is so important to understand how the whole system works.
There is a sound in the universe.
If you close your eyes and concentrate within you can hear a uuummmm sound.
That is pure energy that feed the universe and never stop.
If that stop the universe will come to an end.
As you computer need energy to be active also the universe need energy to exist.
As soon as you turn the switch off your computer is off but the universe never die because someone
keep it alive all the time that is why deism is pure fantasy.
Not even mention atheism which is a fantasy build on more fantasy.
Give time Ast.
With some training you too will be able to understand and what appear impossible will be possible.
I think at this point a serious argument could be made that you ought to be able to be investigated for fraud, even if you're not attempting to sell something for profit.
And the evidence of this fraud is..........?
Oh, I see.
There is no evidence.
It is rather all about refusing to accept defeat.
Right?

Right, asking me to prove a negative. Let me just ask-does this method you propose involve me having to presuppose that it does in fact work, without having to have any of it proved ahead of time? That's often what I hear from people who say they believe in this form of woo or that, it doesn't work because you don't BELIEVE it will already! I mean, why don't babies go flying off into space if they don't already believe in gravity, right? Because that's how anything sane or rational works.
Put it this way-if we had to take this to court, your ass is the one that would end up owing me whatever monetary amount I would demand for wasting my time. And it's as simple as me having to say "This person makes a claim and has no evidence." Why is it, I wonder, why in thousands of years and billions of people throughout history, not one of you has ever been able to provide one piece of physical evidence, one piece of insight unattainable by any lowly human without any kind of divine connotations, or even one piece of decency that anyone removed from the religious perspective can't have come up with on their own.
Religions were invented to impress and dupe illiterate, superstitious stone-age peasants. So in this modern, enlightened age of information, what's your excuse? Or are you saying with all your advantages, you were still tricked as easily as those early humans?

Jesus's miracles were witnessed by thousand of people and yet atheists think that they never took place.
NDEs come from real people, real death, real doctors that saw these people dying and then come back to life
moreover many of these NDEs are verifiable and yet atheists think that they are hallucinations.
How dishonest can you be Ast!
Whatever evidence you are given you reject so what is the point in going any further?
You got to make up your mind Ast.
Or you act in honesty and admit the evidence or it is all a waste of time and you sink more and more in the mental sewer.
One more thing atheists should learn.
Trying to get physical evidence from something that is not physical is totally madness.
If you want to enter a different country you need a passport.
At the same time if you want to understand the higher layers of consciousness you need to expand your consciousness that is why atheists are not getting anywhere which obviously lead them to the conclusion that nothing is outside the material world.
How foolish!

It has two options. If you believe in some sort of God (doesn't matter if you are a Christian, a Deist, a Wiccan, etc) then answer "Yes". If you don't believe in God (and that includes people who don't think the question is relevant), answer "No".
I just want to keep things very simple; I don't want to cause a debate over terms; if you think you believe in God, answer in the positive. If you don't think you believe in God, answer in the negative. If you are unsure what you believe, don't answer at all.
You can discuss your votes below; in fact this is encouraged as it will keep the thread highlighted in search results and so more people will be able to vote. Hopefully we'll be able to get most of the active users within a few days. NO
I used to, and my family still does, though they are moderate christians. They don't believe in Hell and they don't hate other religions or atheism.
My dad believes in an afterlife though, and he said more than once that the most important thing is to pray to Jesus.
My mom is uncertain about the afterlife and doesn't see other religions as inferior, but she once said that she will never change her religion or her domination. I asked her why, she replied me "Because I feel so".
She told me, that we may never know if a God exists or not, but praying gives you positive energy. WTF?
So she's clayming that you need to imagine that an invisibile being exists and protects you in order to be happy, rather than seeing the world for what really and surely is?
I really love my mom, but this statement is just silly.

This seems to make nonsense of the claim that religion can have something of a placebo effect when you consider how much stress it must bring to them to be so uncertain about something so trivial that never would have entered the equation at all without being led to believe in it. And it really shows when the people who seem to fear death most are the ones who believe there is an afterlife, on their deathbeds, it ain't pretty.

Everybody is silly before they become intelligent.
This is normal.
We all go through this process.
It is like driving a car.
First first gear.
After that higher gears and then full speed.
Keep on loving your mother even if she will not become silly atheist like you.
She is doing ok.

Name six.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Modesty must be one of your many virtue.
Not for nothing the crowd elected you as the guru of the atheist forum.

No, I said name six witnesses. It ought to be easy if there were thousands of them.

Oh, I see.
That change everything mate.
I haven't got six witness but we got the grand, grand, grand ,grand, grand, grand children of those who witness
Jesus miracles.
Does it make any good?
Oh, by the way we also got the grand, grand, grand, grand, grand, grand children of those who witness the activities of Genghis Khan of the Ramses the faraon of Omero of Julius Caesar, Pontius Pilate of the Vikings
just to mention few.
So what you reckon Cyb?
Shell we say that all these people are not real or didn't do what today we know just because the real witness died ages ago?
How ridiculous can you be Cyb.
Sorry Cyb, no kudos for today.
Try tomorrow maybe you may come up with better ideas.
