Typical theists versus typical atheists
RE: Typical theists versus typical atheists
Wow. I knew I was right, but fuck, I didn't know I was THAT right.
Religions were invented to impress and dupe illiterate, superstitious stone-age peasants. So in this modern, enlightened age of information, what's your excuse? Or are you saying with all your advantages, you were still tricked as easily as those early humans?

There is no better way to convey the least amount of information in the greatest amount of words than to try explaining your religious views.

After all, I heard that almost all Americans are proud for being free to have guns for self-protection.
Fortunately, I was born in Aleppo-Syria in which people, in general, don't need to have such freedom.
Uh-huh, that bastion of safety and bullet free zone, the peaceful earthly paradise..of Aleppo.  Seems like the place gunned up awfully quick to me.

Rolleyes
Well, it seems to me that you have no choice but repeating what your reality on your monitor is.
Right now, and though your Elite of peace, who take care of you, are still insisting to save the people, among which I was born and live with since more than 6 decades, as they have saved many other peoples in the world by their pre-emptive wars and lately by their Qaeda (introduced worldwide on 9/11/2001), I don't need a gun to live and work in my neighbourhood even after 6 years of terror war leaded by Al-Qaeda and Muslim Brotherhoods that are close allies to your free democratic system; via Qatar and Saudi Arabia respectively. So no matter if you cannot believe me (and this is better for your sanity and safety); in my place, there are still Syrians of all sorts; Christians (Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant and Evangelist), Muslims (Sunni, Shia, Alawi) and atheists too. Of course, here the atheists are Syrian not American.

Quote:I bet you didn't hear of Syria till Obama was instructed to play again the World's Supreme Judge by discovering in it another evil superman (called a dictator in Hollywood movies); as Bush discovered one in Iraq and also saved its people by helping them live, since then, the terror of Al-Qaeda (supposed being anti-Americans, not anti-Iraqis).
So, uh...Obama Did It™...hmn, where have I heard that before.............

As usual, you didn't need reading attentively what a stranger may tell you.
Obama did nothing. He, as Bush and now Trump, was a great actor chosen and hired by the Owners of America via free democratic elections to play the US president during the endless series 'War on Terror'. Now you know why I said: "Obama was instructed to play...". Did you hear that too?

Quote:
Quote:Who am I in comparison to the best Americans, Bush, Obama and Trump for a few, who were elected democratically for presidency by the free people in USA?
Good question.  No one.  Just some rando on the internet lying to strangers about nothing for no reason.

Thank you for confirming what a typical American (theist or atheist) is supposed to think and believe when communicated by a stranger.

But, sorry, I joined this forum for a reason. It is okay if you can't get it. After all, you are supposed not to talk to strangers and this is what good parents teach their little kids. Only when adults, these kids will be free to communicate with anyone.

On the other hand, I guess you already know that a professional thief thinks that all people around him are likely thieves too.
So, also in this respect, your comments, as the one above, have to reflect the nature which you are created of. I am afraid, every human, including you and I, can't do nothing about his nature but live with it as it is till his flesh will return to the state of void (the state before birth).

Quote:
Quote:Should a rational man as I am be surprised if a faithful American believes there is no one outside America who can be honest and sincere more than his great presidents?
See, it's compulsive with you.
Well, as you said, I can't compete and be honest as, for example, Bush was. By playing the naïve ignorant kid, Bush was able to send thousands of his people to invade Iraq and occupy it for too many years. I am afraid that this sort of honesty is beyond my capabilities,
For instance, I wonder if, after about 14 years, most Americans are allowed to know the real goal of that long military mission in Iraq. I guess you know that this mission is extended to Syria as well

But a wise material girl never question her men about what they think and do, as long they give her all what she needs and likes. Did you hear that too? Angel

Quote:
Quote:In brief, your reaction is natural and I thank you for being sincere.
Polite insincerity definitely isn't my strong suit.  Is compulsive lying and batshit irrationality natural to you, or did you have to cultivate it?

As you see, I can't avoid being polite Sad wile you can't avoid being... whoever you are Smile
Naturally, on my side, I have nothing against you.
I wasn't kidding when I said I have no enemies in my life though anyone is free to see in me not just a stranger but an enemy too, for one reason or another; for example... because of jealousy.

It's honestly getting impossible to tell the trolls from those who are just genuinely that fucked in the head. I can't tell which it is with this guy, so it's up to you if you want to keep engaging.

We expect a better class of loon round these parts, Astonished.  B Team at the least. This one was broken before anybody really had a chance to take it for a spin.

It's honestly getting impossible to tell the trolls from those who are just genuinely that fucked in the head. I can't tell which it is with this guy, so it's up to you if you want to keep engaging.

I am just a man who had the chance to live the unconditional love towards all others. So no one in the world can force me have any sort of enemy in my life. If someone has enemies he can keep them for himself and his followers if any. I prefer to die than live even one second of fear of any sort.

But on the other hand, those who are born of flesh only should be selfish because by being so they can better serve the world as each of them is supposed (pre-programmed) to do.

By the way, why, in Jesus story, Jesus was condemned to death? Was is it for telling lies or truths?
If Jesus was telling lies, why all men on power (claimed being Christian or else) allowed the printings of his lies for about 2000 years so far.
Actually, he was condemned for telling the masses about truths concerning the real world; truths that shouldn't be heard by people who are supposed to be guided by rules of a system (claimed being religious or political, if not both).

I guess now, it is clear that, in general, theists and atheists differ just in their loyalty.
A theist is loyal to certain representatives of a god and/or representatives of human ideals and, therefore, support their approved stories (in history or the present ones)
An atheist is loyal to certain representatives of human ideals only and believe their approved stories (also in history and the present ones) if they are well presented and proven on their electrical monitors.

It happens that it is out of question for me to be loyal to any specific ruling system (I guess you know why).
By the way, I didn't get married because a healthy marriage needs a third party representing a certain authority (religious or civil) to approve it, if not to bless it too Wink  Automatically, when someone is married, he became loyal to the system that blessed his marriage otherwise his marriage would become a fake one. So I am here because my father, unlike I, didn't mind getting the permission of the Catholic Church first and live, therefore, as a good Catholic should do in order to give me the chance to exist.

Finally, I understand very well anytime someone says something like: Kerim, as presented here, doesn't exist Big Grin
Indeed, Kerim cannot exist in the reality of many people as any ruling god cannot exist in Kerim's reality.

I used presenting who I am and saying what I have in mind in order to find out if I have missed something to know that some others had the chance to witness personally.

It seems my sincerity just upsets people here. And, for some reasons, they can't be sincere as I am. Fortunately, some of them enjoy replying me using innovative unfriendly expressions. This is better than nothing.

Nope, that's not the difference. The main difference is that a theist will devote much of his life's energy to his religious institution-- money, time spent in church, etc., while an atheist will not. A theist will believe in the assertions of others without evidence, and in fact will be REQUIRED to do so by his religious institution. An atheist will not be willing to believe those assertions without evidence.

This has nothing to do with ideals. It has to do with the fact that very many people have bad, unsupported ideas, and that others are not willing to re-write their world views every time someone comes along with another one. I'm willing to guess you, for example, don't lose much sleep over whether Thor is real.

Again, you are mistaken. If people are upset by you, it is because despite their best efforts to couch their ideas in simple terms, your simple mindedness outmatches even basic statements of logic. You seem, quite frankly, to be delusional in your view of what other people think-- about religion, about God, or about you.
