Okay, this is basically following the directions of post one. I just did this, so I sound sleepy. ![Sleepy Sleepy](https://atheistforums.org/images/smilies/sleepy.gif)
Nice recording. Your voice is smooth and pleasant sounding. IMO, if I were a woman, I'd like to have a voice like yours; whereas, as a man, IMO, a voice like Walter Pidgeon or Paul Robeson is ideal (I wish I sounded like them); they sound pleasantly deep and rich yet they also sound manly, commanding, and basso. lol Thank you
I know you have a recording in the thread, but I don't think it played for me when I tried. Did you delete it, or...?

No, that would be a big mistake. Last time it happened, the video got leaked, work colleagues found out and a lot of male egos were destro... oh, you mean my voice!
Well, I couldn't retrieve the drunk accent tag I did so you'd either have to join Slack to watch or I'll have to record another. Maybe we should do both!
Sum ergo sum

After re-reading that, it dawned on me that my comment could be perceived as creepy. IMO, I should have just said that you have an ideal female speaking voice; IMO, Losty also falls into this category .
I've actually taken my audio clips down. I'm shy with these things, and to be honest, I've got an announcer/radio sound to my voice that I cannot stand.

Aw, too bad, I would have liked to hear. I still need to go through more of this thread when I have time, it's fun to put voices with names, etc.

Thanks for your kind words and understanding. I actually had posted a recording in the random thoughts thread. A very nice AF member requested that I read one of my posts in that thread. With that said, if you're interested in listening, the link is below, and it will be post #206. Live long and prosper.

I like your voice. It's interesting you wish that you sounded different. I wish that for myself, too. Funny what other people's ears hear that we don't? lol

I listened to this the other day, and meant to say that you have a really soothing voice. You seem like a calm person, rational. Is that true or...?

Yes, I tend to be quite calm and rational. It takes a great deal to rile me in real life.

Pretty much, actually, hehe.
In real life, dealing with the people with whom I work, I am very good at ignoring the stupid stuff that comes out of their mouths. Ironically, I am horrible at ignoring the stupid stuff that comes from customer's mouths.
Online, there is no reason to ignore the stupid stuff people post. The internet allows for a certain freedom separate from real life.

I realized who you were when I used to post here more often. Lol I was like ohhh that is him. :-)
I agree about the internet. I tend to avoid conflict both offline and online, but online is easier as you can just choose to abandon a conversation or site completely, unlike offline life.
