3. Provide demonstrable, falsifiable evidence and reasoned argument that it is the god you believe exists.


After that, then maybe we can talk about the specific attributes you claim this god has, including if it is "great" or not.

God is a concept that seems to have been invented by every human culture and society since time immemorial. There is no evidence for god, any of them. The concept of god has been used to justify and excuse countless atrocities throughout history, and even until today. Religion has held back scientific and social progress for centuries, and always the religious have to dragged into modern society.
No god was there to save my dad or my sister when they needed aid; it was the tools of science, the innovations of man that saved them, not some mythical sky-man. Thanks to progress in modern medicine my dad will be able to walk and talk again; demonstrable results that no amount of prayer would have achieved. And yet despite this, there are many who would claim that God saved my family. God is unnecessary in modern society, arguably a god never was needed in any time; but we know that we, the humans that dot this planet and who we see each and every day, are capable of more compassion, kindness, and aid than any god that has ever been conceived. We don't need them, so let us cast god into waste-bin along with demons and fairies and ghosts and all the other paranormal claptrap.

I dislike ever having to use the 'capital G' god in any context, and avoid it as often as possible. Find it irksome to see others using it in that way, as if such a thing deserves to be a fucking proper noun.

Outside of very obvious fiction, the concept is pointless at best, and the worst blight on humanity on the other end of the spectrum.

Time and again, I've come up with god concepts that are far beyond any conceived of by actual theists. If their sky daddies can't measure up to mine (because they claim that a god is typically 'that which no greater can be conceived') then such gods are not great, let alone good, and certainly not worthy of worship or veneration.

So let's limit god to putting it in front of 'zilla' and leave it at that.

As far as I'm concerned; it's this exact verse from the Quran that I prefer to use when it comes to God:

Sura 6, The Quran:

( 103 )   Vision perceives Him not, but He perceives [all] vision; and He is the Subtle, the Acquainted.

So it's quite amazing to keep it to that: he can see you, but you can't see him.
To me, that's understanding failing to grasp his full greatness.

Science is the means of discovering how the pieces of creation work together; it's levels of complication just shows how great God is.

How many of these deaths are inflicted by other humans ?

Actually, "he" - or more correctly, preachers with a vested interest in holding onto control without actually doing anything to earn it - are selling the "cure". A cure for which there is no known disease. To borrow from the Hitch, the scam only works if they can convince people they were created sick and ordered to be well - and only they have the right formula of snakeoil to do it.

Missionaries and preachers have the choice of offering their reason to be judged an validated. And the majority validation wins.
Nothing would remain eventually, but the person, their mind and the holy book they believe in.
