The first response you got here was basically "don't waste time worrying about it".
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Are you asking whether or not it's possible that some god is watching you pee, or that aliens are watching you poop...or?
As for the notion making your mind race...that probably has more to do with our deep seated paranoia than the conclusion of any rational process or comparison by analogy. We're always wondering/worried that someone or something is watching us - at least on some level. It;s one of the reasons we project conceptual "entities"onto forces, or imagine that there is some equivalence between them..IE, that they both "watch" - as we watch. Truth of the matter, is that gravity isn't watching me... and neither are a crushing majority of known entities.
We have a natural tendency to think that way, and strong incentive to do so; so any reenforcing suggestion is very likely to be compelling entirely out of proportion to whatever rationalizations we point to in support of it. Is anyone or anything watching you right now? Are you sure? Maybe you should at least look? How will you know if you don't look? Are you sure you'd know if you did look?
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. If you see an ant crawling across the ground, to the ant, you are his god that could wipe him out at time, he has no intelligence of you or that you exist, for the ant he is as intelligent as he is going to get, and can't even comprehend we exist.
So could we be in the same position as the ant? as far as we can see humans right now are as intelligent as we can get, but growing up we do not have the intelligence capacity to comprehend our surrounding. As children, take a 1 year old or any age under 3-4 we are also at that point, (The same as the ant) as intelligent at THAT time as we are going to get and cannot comprehend to world around us intelligently.
So just the same as the ant, adults at our height point of intelligence, to the toddler we are the Gods. What if we, right NOW are at this point in time, at our current level of intelligence are in the same position as the Ant and Toddler? Could there be an unknown Force, Entity, that just the same as we are unknown to the ant and the toddler to his or her world, that is looking at us as we look at the ant?
As its happening right now to the ant and toddler, this is proof it can, and is happening, It doesn't seem that extraordinary somthing is looknig at us in the same way,
Would love to hear what you think,
Thanks
Just a couple of things.
The ants are aware that we exist. They see us, our shadows, feel the vibrations we make,...... Why do you think ants attack us as intruders? They may not understand us but they know we exist.
The same with children, they know we exist. Has the proposed god entity in any way proved that it exists?
For ants and toddlers, I'm not convinced that they consider us gods, just something that is not exactly them.
And I'm not convinced that, as a species, humans are intelligent as we can get.
BTW, Welcome to the forum. Woof!
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.

Yep. It's like the question of our being in the Matrix (and not the proper Doctor Who version). We have to face reality on the terms that we're given. If there is some kind of higher whatever so impossibly above our understanding, what are we supposed to do about it?

This is Omega:
Not very musical, but a god in his own universe.

The ruler of the Universe waited for as long as he could. When he heard the faint sound of the ship's engines starting he spoke to cover it.
"It's nothing to do with me,'' he said, "I am not involved with people. The Lord knows I am not a cruel man.''
"Ah!'' barked Zarniwoop, "you say `The Lord'. You believe in something!''
"My cat,'' said the man benignly, picking it up and stroking it, "I call him The Lord. I am kind to him.''
"Alright,'' said Zarniwoop, pressing home his point, "How do you know he exists? How do you know he knows you to be kind, or enjoys what he thinks of as your kindness?''
"I don't,'' said the man with a smile, "I have no idea. It merely pleases me to behave in a certain way to what appears to be a cat. Do you behave any differently? Please, I think I am tired.''

No i'm not proposing a god or aliens for one minute.

like i said, I guess i used the ant as lack of a better analogy, you could replace the ant with viruses or germs as they are alive.
I'm pretty sure ants are not aware of your LIFE experiences like going to work, driving cars, relationships, they may see us as a presence.

Man why you gotta look down on ants? They're smart. They have mind blowing team work skills. They're pretty strong and if you threw one from a skyscraper it would probably be a-okay. They're practically superheroes. We're not gods to them, we're just one more big and annoying threat to the colony.
